Designing interiors for rental properties requires a balance between aesthetics and functionality to appeal to a wide range of tenants. In my rental interior design projects, I focus on creating versatile, durable, and stylish spaces that enhance the property’s value while providing a welcoming and comfortable environment for tenants. By selecting materials and furnishings that are both practical and attractive, I ensure that the space remains visually appealing and functional for long-term use, creating a lasting impression on prospective renters.
The kitchen and bathroom were outdated and uninviting, featuring old green-patterned tiles and worn-out fixtures. The kitchen felt cramped, with little workspace and mismatched materials. The bathroom, dominated by green tiles, felt similarly outdated and lacked modern comfort and design.

The transformed kitchen now features a sleek, modern design with dark cabinetry and warm wood accents, creating a sophisticated and welcoming space. The layout has been optimized for functionality, and high-quality finishes give the kitchen a contemporary feel. The bathroom has undergone a similar transformation, with elegant marble tiles and matte black fixtures creating a luxurious, modern atmosphere. The outdated green tiles have been replaced, making both spaces feel fresh, inviting, and highly functional for modern living.
